HEATED HOSES
 

Universal Systems offers a complete line of automatic standard, hi-flex, and water resistant heated hoses, as well as hand gun hoses, to meet a wide variety of packaging applications. All Universal Systems hoses are manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards, using a PTFE Teflon ® inner core (260C max op temp) with a stainless steel overbraid (1400C melting point). Maximum hydraulic pressure is 1500 psi. Hoses are precision wound and calibrated prior to assembly and feature RTD temperature area-sensing for thermal accuracy.
